PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Prado has over eight years of experience in environmental consulting, primarily in the asbestos and lead paint industries. In this period, Mr. Prado has worked for two environmental consulting firms and has provided services to clients throughout California and Northern Nevada.

Services provided to clients include site assessments of municipal facilities, schools, hospitals, commercial and private properties. These assessments determine the presence of hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead, mold, PCBs, and mercury. These services also include conducting triennial AHERA re-inspections for various school districts, as well as providing project oversight for abatement and removal projects, and clearance air sampling for these school districts and a range of other clients.

Based on the results of site assessments for clients, Mr. Prado will generate project designs for the remediation of hazardous building materials, development of operations and maintenance programs, and oversight of remediation of hazardous building materials.
